Family Yoga Pop Up

Join me at The Herd for some school vacation week fun with family yoga! This class is all about connecting with your little ones. Children and their grown ups will enjoy this special time to move, breathe, and play together. Families will learn and practice fun, effective strategies both on and off the mat for connecting and relaxing together. This inclusive class is developmentally geared towards ages 2-8 (however babies and older kids are always welcomed!).
